Shipping policy

Delivery Timeline:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–7 business days depending on the city.

Shipping Charges:

  • Flat delivery fee: PKR 200 per order (applies nationwide).
  • We use PostEx and Leopards for reliable delivery.
  • No additional shipping or hidden charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD is available nationwide. The delivery fee remains PKR 200.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is in original, unused condition with all tags intact.
  • A return fee of 15% of the product price will be applied.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged or misused by the customer.
